A ticket seems like a much better option then a closing of the facility. My whole point which apparently some people are having a hard time grasping is threatening to close the park due to litter seems like just an excuse to close the park as in theyre looking for any little excuse to close it. theres litter all over the place when have you ever heard a city official threaten to close something due to litter? The skate park, if a city owned park, should receive the same public upkeep as any other public park. Im willing to bet there are people paid to go around treaty and cleanup, as in the soccer fields/baseball fields, trails.
