BRIDGE OF LIONS ENTERTAINMENT TEAMS UP WITH RVCA, SURF STATION, ST. AUGUSTINE AMPHITHEATER, SAVAGE SWIM, ENVISION FESTIVAL AND MORE FOR CHARITY EVENT BENEFITING SURFERS FOR AUTISM AT CAFE ELEVEN.
FEATURING HEADLINING PERFORMANCE FROM 2015 BIG WAVE WORLD CHAMPION AND SINGER/SONGWRITER MAKUA ROTHMAN.
Local St. Augustine entertainment collective Bridge of Lions Entertainment will be hosting their first ever charity event at Cafe Eleven on Thursday, October 15th. The event will feature a headlining performance from Hawaiian pro surfer and singer/songwriter Makua Rothman – recently crowned 2015 Big Wave World Champion in the World Surfing League’s first sanctioned Big Wave Tour. The event will feature additional performances from local bands Root of All, Sidereal, and Sea Floor Explosives, along with local producer and Flagler Alumni DJ Hu of Classic Blends.
Presented by the well-know surfwear brand RVCA and sponsored by The Surf Station, The St. Augustine Amphitheater, Savage Swim, Envision Festival, and more, the collective has committed to donating 100% of the ticket proceeds to Surfers For Autism, a Florida-based non-profit founded by surfers dedicated to eliminating the stigma of Autism though public awareness events and volunteer outreach.
