All week I have been looking at one day of the surf forecast. What day you ask? Friday (today). I first saw the forecast for today on Monday and it was showing 5.5ft @ 6 seconds. This was consistently forecasted throughout the whole week. I wasn’t sure what to expect today while traveling down to Flagler Beach, but when I arrived, I was stoked!! I went down with my brother, Blane and my friend and Surf Station team rider, Owen Lindsey. We also met Ryan Huckabee and Braeden Kopec down in Flagler. When we arrived, the winds were howling from the south and the southeasterly swell was highly angled, creating long rights. When Braeden, Ryan, Blane, and Owen paddled out at first, the waves were a little bit fat and choppy. As the tide went out, it started firing! The winds switched from south to south-south west and the surf started to clean up. Eventually some other locals came out and started shredding. This was the best surf I have seen in a while. Below are some of the shots I took. Enjoy 🙂

Today was so sick! Hoping tomorrow morning’s leftovers will stick around long enough for a super early morning session!
