10:15 am: Early morning photos are up and posted in box #1 and and it was a great sunrise @ St. Augustine Beach! Since the photos were taken, clouds have moved in and out as rain is on the way. The offshore wind is beating down the swell some. So it’s not looking as good as the dawn patrol look, at report time. We will take new photos and report back...

1:55 pm: Some late morning (11 am) and early afternoon (12:15 pm) photos are up in box #2 and what is happening is some of the swell (well, much off the swell) is going by us to the south. And the hard local offshore wind is crossing up and blowing smaller the remaining swell. Still some pretty waves, and some may be fun, but overall it is way smaller than yesterday along the beaches here in St. Augustine. Is there a spot or two picking up this swell? Maybe so, those in the know will look around and find…..
