The weather is cooling off and it’s officially Fall, my favorite time of the year. I received a call from Mike Peterson last week on my way home from Gainesville, telling me about his trip up to a new park just built in Brunswick, GA. With a few more calls, we were able to rally up a good crew for a great session. Sunday morning, we packed the van and set off to Jacksonville to meet up and follow some friends up to a newly poured gem off a country road in the woods. Upon arrival, the park was empty and it was on. Peterson and Joey Boulanger were killing it as they battled out blunt variations and shredded the place to pieces. After a couple hours, our bodies reminded us of the affects of our chosen lifestyles and we were shot. After sharing a few good stories and laughs, we hit the road and charged back home. It was a great reminder that when you put in a little effort, you can make the day yours and create new experiences you never expected. looking forward to more of these trips!
