just received order #90966, and it was unbelievably well packaged for the journey from your shop to my house. Arrived like new, in perfect shape. I wanted to say, first, that I greatly appreciated that effort and didn’t want it to go unrecognized. The system for packing these boards for shipment is a thing of greatness. Second, the chat is ‘next level’ ! While many chats online can have slow/no response, yours is responsive and extremely helpful. i was in chat with Josh asking about a new FW Seaside 5’3″ and while you didn’t have any in stock, he mentioned this used one that was in great shape. he recommended i call the shop for additional info, I did and Cameron checked it out for me and said looked almost new, nothing he could see that was an issue and appeared the board had only been ridden a few times. This was totally accurate, as after I received it and wiped took one of those ‘magic erasers’ to the board to wipe off the scuffs, it looks new. I live near surf shops in Wilmington, NC, been surfing 37 years, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy any/all future boards from you and recommend to all my ‘surf bros’.

PS – if it’s possible Torrey Strange went on a surf trip to Elbow Key/Abaco Bahamas, through ‘Carol Holland Surf Tours’ in 1988, I was on that trip
