Model Description:
Designed by Al Merrick of Channel Islands Surfboards, this board is a slightly retuned typical pro surfer’s board. Designed with small to medium waves in mind it features a flat entry rocker but with some lift in the tail rocker to make sure the maneuverability of the board at speed is smooth and maintainable.
A single concave keeps the board alive on the face of the wave. The wider than normal nose and tail gives you a good sized platform to work with.
You should find this board really works well for you if you have been riding shortboards for a while and just want something with a bit more life. There is a size to suit everyone wanting to ride a Shortboard.
The Pro Standard is made of traditional Foam and Fiberglass construction. It is computer cut, hand finished, glassed, and then sanded to our Pro-Finish to give you the highest quality board we can make.
