Surf Station’s 1st Annual Sleepaway Camp
1 day of Surf Camp just not enough for you??? Surf Station is excited to announce it’s first ever sleepaway camp!
This special surf camp will be held down in Beverly Beach at the Si Como No Inn. Campers get to sharpen their skills with some of the best surf instructors around including Surf Station instructors and former East Coast Champion surfer Jimmy Blumenfeld.
The Famous Flagler Beach Shore Pound is just one of the many friendly competition opportunities during the week long sleep away camp. Campers get one on one attention and constructive critiques from daily highlight reels. Campers will enjoy several surf sessions a day along with kayak and SUP excursions. Breakfast lunch and dinner as well as plenty of snacks and refreshments are provided daily.
Also, a new addition to our mini concrete skate park including wood ramps encourages the building of balance, flow and technical skills with surfing. Explore seasonal marine life on an eco-tour and get scientific with programs like local Whitney Lab activities including a traveling zoo, National Guard rock climbing wall adventure and drug awareness course.
Campers should be dropped of at the Si Como No Inn at 8am Monday morning and picked up at 3pm Friday afternoon.
Dates:
5 Days / 4 Nights July 16th – July 20th
Cost:
$800 per child (includes camp cost and breakfast, lunch & dinner)
Suggestive Things to Bring:
Hat, sunglasses, comfortable cloths, flops and wax. Pads, helmet, and shoes. (You must have all protective gear and shoes to skate the concrete addition.)
