Over 70 frothing little ones showed up to compete on Saturday. We were greeted with small surf but it was no matter to the groms. They were out shredding all day long. Gabe judged every heat of the event and ended the day giving away as much of his sponsors gear as he could possibly fit into one Matix backpack. The little guys were all very pleased, I heard more than once during the day that it was “the best contest EVER!”
