Please tell your 16 year old north shore blogger to be very careful. That water over there is powerful and dangerous. I surf St. Aug when i can, and on my only trip to Hawaii I got knocked over and pulled out by the knee high shorebreak at Waikiki. The locals make it look so easy, but that water has a lot of punch.
