You guys do an outstanding job on the online store (unfortunately, I still have to visit the store).
I have ordered surfboards and gear online from several stores and can tell you guys are next level. To me, the big difference is on the surfboard shipments, the boards I bought from you always get home with a solid package, so I’m sure I’m getting the product without problems. I had several issues getting boards online; I could list the stores where I had problems, but I don’t think it’s necessary.
Please keep that up; you for sure have a loyal customer here. I’m already thinking about the next board.
