Bohemian Inspired Threads from Pura Vida Bracelets
When you hear the name Pura Vida Bracelets, your mind likely goes to their bohemian style wrist accessories. And it’s true, Pura Vida makes the perfect stackable accessory to complete any beach-inspired fit. But this brand makes more than just bracelets, they’ve also created an apparel line as unique as the bracelets that made them famous.
About Pura Vida
Founded in 2010 by two friends Griffin Thall and Paul Goodman after a life-changing trip to Costa Rica, Pura Vida Bracelets focuses on supporting artisans. This all started when this entrepreneurial duo met two local artisans by the names of Jorge and Joaquin. The two were creating one of a kind bracelets, but couldn’t make ends meet from their current sales. Thall and Goodman scooped up their goods, quickly selling out of the accessories when they returned home to the United States.
It was then that Pura Vida Bracelets was born.
Look Good and Feel Good About Buying
Now every purchase made with Pura Vida supports creating sustainable employment for artisans. The brand also gives back to a variety of charities and environmental efforts. Throughout the years, Pura Vida has partnered with the Surfrider Foundation, One Tree Planted, and the World Wildlife Fund, just to name a few.
We have some of our favorite pieces from Pura Vida stocked, just in time for the holidays. For those cool winter nights, we have the Surf Tour Hoodie. This cotton candy number is ultra soft, with 5 percent of its purchase price being donated to the Surfrider Foundation. You can layer this cozy jacket with the Road Tripper Tee, the perfect casual top with a relaxed fit. Again, 5 percent of the purchase price from this piece will be donated to the National Parks Conservation Association. So not only will you look good wearing Pura Vida apparel, you can feel good about your purchase too.
