Stoked and Broke! Cyrus Sutton and Ryan Burch explore the no-budget staycation concept in the San Diego area. Primarily riding boards they built themselves and toting them around on hand made bamboo carts. It’s a good contrast to the consumer culture so rampant in the surfing world and shows us you don’t have to go to some exotic locale to have a great surfing adventure. Fan’s of Cyrus’s Korduroy.tv DIY videos and interviews will really enjoy this movie. If you saw Ryan Burch shredding the unglassed foam chunks in the Surfer’s Journal, you can see him in action on that and numerous other craft.
