6:45 am:   The surf is much cleaner and glassier than yesterday.   Smaller surf with the wave size @ 2 to occasionally 3 feet.  The surface conditions are glassy with the wind light offshore early.   The marine forecast is calling for NE winds today.  Our local buoy is currently reading 3.3 feet @ 10 seconds, down in size from yesterdays  4.6 feet at 9 seconds.   The water temperature is measured at 76.7 degrees offshore early this morning.  You can see the ocean live by viewing The Surf Station Cam Page here.

In what has already seen a crazy flurry of late season tropical activity, could there be another hurricane (potentially Major) brewing in the Caribbean Sea in November? The answer is yes abd the odds are increasing that it could significantly impact Florida.
