7:25 am: Milder, not as cold as yesterday at the beach this morning. The swell direction is ENE. with the wave size at 1 to occasionally up to 2 feet . Our local buoy the early wave height reading is 3.0 feet at 13 seconds changed from yesterdays 4.3 feet at 5 seconds . The marine forecast is calling for lighter, backing around winds today. The water temperature is measured at 57.7 degrees at The Pier this morning. View The Surf Station Cam Page here.

8:00 am: Early morning photos taken before, and after sunrise are up box #1 and you can see there is a little bit of small scale ENE swell for your Thursday. Small overall, with some knee to maybe thigh high semi-choppy waves rolling in at times. Not near as cold as yesterday at this time.
