8:00 am: Early morning photos are up and posted in box #1 and you can see we have surf again today! Offshore winds with ‘spray in your face ‘ type waves, which can be super fun when that same wind opens up the tube! It may be a little bigger than the early morning call. The buoy is actually up from yesterday. Will the wind beat it smaller? Or will the swell hold? We will see. The good news is, it’s fairly clean, although a little windblown with the stiff and gusty offshore wind.
* Just in from Dean… “The underlying long period east swell, though not huge, should hold fairly well through the day on the incoming tide (regardless of the increasing offshore wind) since upstream buoys are holding strong with 4’@11 sec mid-day.”

Left up from last night:
7:15 pm: New evening photos are up and posted in box #3 and you can see we have some fun waves all the way up till dark tonight. The photos were taken right at dark and we have some stomach high fun waves with semi-glassy surface conditions at dark. The form is fair to good with light winds.
And looks like we will have surf tomorrow. Dean has an optimistic outlook, check back in the morning… over and out….
