The East Coast isn’t meant to have waves every single day; it is meant to have sporadic swells in conjunction with a slew of fun activities to pass the time in between. Dylan rolls through a laundry list of flat day amusers and the crew finds (tiny) waves in New York. Then it’s back in the van, trooping down to Outer Banks for some actual waves compliments of the clumsy Tropical Storm Humberto.
