Sorry for such a weird question, but I am planning to move there from New Jersey this year. I want to be there in the best surfing months, and rent out my place some of the time. Does St. Aug beach follow the same trends as the NJ beaches? We usually get some good hurricane swells in Sept, but winter is too cold for me!
