Today I shot round 3 of the Volcom Pipe Pro. Conditions were smaller than yesterday but were still super fun. Winds were offshore and the waves were going off. Below are the shots I took. Enjoy 🙂

Today I tried to get a very unique angle. One I have never seen at Pipeline. A shot with the mountains in the background. I got lucky with the Redbull jetski in the foreground on some of the shots.
After shooting this angle for a little while I saw a pile of rocks bowing out from the coastline. This interested me. I wanted a shot with the mountains in the background with an open tube shot so I thought this spot I saw could give me that angle. After a long 15 minute walk on some of the softest sand in the universe, I made it. Below are the shots I took with this angle.
Today was fun! More surf in the forecast for tomorrow. John John Florence comes out during heat 8 of round 4. I’ll be shooting that heat for sure.
