After a long period of complete flatness, the surf in St Augustine made another appearance this week. Our local sandbars have been messed up since the last big storm, but there was a short wave coming through at the pier. I wasn’t paying attention to the time and got caught up in the fun when I had a work meeting at 10. I was a bit late, but it was worth every minute.
