We’re heading to Nicaragua!
In an effort to get some surf out of my system before the busy season starts, I found some cheap tickets to Nicaragua and charged it to my credit card. Playa San Diego is a small community about an hour outside of the capital, Managua. It’s super remote and you’ll spend most of your time in a hammock, the ocean or making your own fun. The surf isn’t as pristine as Popoyo or other areas, but it can still be really fun and without any crowd. It almost reminds me of my home town St. Augustine. I’ve grown to love this beach and community. I bought land here a few years ago and have slowly been building on it.
